1917 December Tonbridge Registration District, married Grace Hilda Fitch, 198, Upper Grosvenor Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
Enlisted & posted Royal Berkshire Regiment, Service No.14297, Lance Corporal / Corporal; 19th September 1915, posted BEF; 17th December 1917, commissioned & posted Royal West Kent Regiment.
Buried Meaulte Military Cemetery, F. 14., France.
NOTE: 2nd Lieut. Snelgrove was one of 18 members of the 6th Battalion Royal West
Kent Regiment who were killed on 24 August 1918. All are now buried in Meaulte
Military Cemetery.
