Educated at Horris Hill, Newbury, Sherborne School and November 1916 R.M.C. Sandhurst.

9th February 1918, Probate - Thomas Basil Maryon Streatfeild, of 2, Manor Road, Folkestone, Kent Second Lieutenant Royal West Kent Regiment died 7th November 1917 in France or Belgium. Administration London 9th February to Thomas Streatfeild M.D. Effects £188 1s 10d.
Buried at Hooge Crater Cemetery, VIII. C. 3., Belgium. Commemorated Folkestone War Memorial.
NOTE: Regimental History and Officers Died in the Great War both show last name as STREATFIELD; CWGC web site show it as STREATFEILD.
