Second Lieutenant Ernest Edwin LAMB, 3rd Battalion,  Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, (attached 9th Battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers), killed in action,  26th September 1916, age 25.

Son of Edwin Daniel Lamb, M.B.E., R.N., and Kate Teresa Florence Lamb, of 60, Stephens Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Also served with the 9th Battalion Lancashire Fusiliers at Gallipoli and in Egypt.

Commemorated at Thiepval Memorial, Pier & Face 11C, France.
