Born Crewe, Cheshire, son of John & Alice Reeves, of 24, Grosvenor Road, Market Drayton, Shropshire.

4th June 1897, St Paul, Coppenhall, Crewe, Cheshire, baptism of Joseph Reeves, son of John & Alice Reeves.
