13th September 1899, St James the Less, Ashted, Birmingham, baptism of Arthur Cross, son of John, (labourer),  and Ada Cross, of 10, Wolsley St., Small Heath.


1911 Census - 6 Witton Street, Birmingham - John Cross, head, age 38, married, labourer, born Rowington; Ada Cross, wife, age 30, married 13 years, 7 children, 5 still alive, born Birmingham; Arthur Cross, son, age 11, metal & munitions, Government Work, born Birmingham; Sidney Cross, son, age 9, born Birmingham; Leonard Cross, son, age 8,  born Birmingham; Mabel Cross, daughter, age 6, born Birmingham; Frank Cross, son, age under 1 month, born Birmingham.


Enlisted Birmingham, Warwickshire.

Buried at Rancourt Military Cemetery, D. 6., France.
