25th March 1919, discharged, disability Malaria, aggravated by being gassed, 20% disability, address 63 Rollins Street, Old Kent Road, SE.; 40 Nine Elms Grove, Gravesend, Kent; 36 Beverley Road, Canterbury, Kent; Clowes Wood Cottage, Blean, near Canterbury, Kent. From 26th March 1919 to 2nd September 1919, 5/6 a week, 8/- from 3rd September 1915. To be reviewed 65 weeks after 3rd September 1915.

25th April 1920, Silver War Badge, 466754 issued.

AWARDS: Serbia - Cross of Kara George - Gold Medal ( Awarded for the action of 24th July 1915, at the taking of Nasirayah).
