Enlisted Greenwich, age 28 years & 48 days, height 5ft 8¾ inches, weight137lbs, green eyes, brown hair, tattoo both forearms, scar back of left ear, scar back of neck. Resided 4 Sayer Stteet, Deptford, SE / 32 Windmill Lane, Deptford, SE8. Formerly labourer.

Buried at Poperinghe Old Military Cemetery,  II. K. 44. Poperinge, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
