Born Yalding, Kent, son of Alfred and Sarah Mills.

1911 Census - Doddington, Sittingbourne - Amos Kyte, head, age 72, general labourer agricultural, worker, born Wormshill, Kent; Mary Kyte, wife, age 68, married 50 years, 13 children, all still alive, born Whichling, Kent; Sydney Kyte, son, age 30, single, shepherd on farm, born Doddington, Kent; Phoebe Kyte, daughter, age 21, single, born Doddington, Kent.


22nd March1913, Faversham Registration District, married Phoebe Lilian Kyte, of "Rosemount," Wychling, Sittingbourne, Kent. 

Child, Frank Gilbert Mills, born 12th January 1914, Hollingbourn Registration District.

Enlisted Maidstone, Kent.  Resided Wychling, Kent. 

Buried at Bois-Carre British Cemetery, I. A. 8., Thelus, France. Commemorated on  Yalding War Memorial
