12th February 1918 Probate - Herbert Hoews of 8 Lancaster Road, Canterbury, assistant to Messrs W H Smith and Sons and Private H.M. 4th Royal West Kent Regiment, died 12th October 1917, in France on Active Service. Probate Canterbury 12th February to James Constant, carpenter. Effects £496 13s 10d.
