Called up, Gravesend, Kent, age 25, height 5ft 6 inches, weight 140lbs, varicose vein right leg states they cause no trouble, walks a lot.  Resided 13 East Street, Northfleet, Kent. Formerly reelerman.

14th October 1916, called up for Service; 17th October 1916, posted 3rd Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment; 1st January 1917,posted BEF; 2nd Janaury 1917, embarked / disembarked; 22nd January 1917, joined Battalion, "B" Company.
