Private Hilary (Henry) Thomas CRAYCROFT/ CRAYCRAFT, L/7906, 1st Battalion, Queens Own Royal West Kent Regiment, died of wounds, Royal Herbert Hospital, Woolwich, 27th November 1915, age 29.
Born Ramsgate, Kent, son of Hilary Craycraft & Emma Norris (formerly Craycraft), of 16, Bellvue Cottages, East Cliff, Ramsgate, Kent.
18th August 1886, St Pauls, Ramsgate, Baptism of Henry Thomas Craycraft, son of Hilary, (fisherman) & Emma Craycraft, Ratcliffe Square.
Sister - Susannah. Brother John.
Enlisted Maidstone, Kent.
Commemorated at Greenwich Cemetery, Screen Wall. 1 "C." B. 1140., London.
NOTE: Regimental History & Soldiers Died in the Great War both show name spelt CRAYCROFT, CWGC website shows it as CRAYCRAFT.
