9th February 1916, enlisted; 9th February 1916, to Army Reserve; 1st February 1917, mobilized; 2nd February 1917, posted 2/9th Battalion, Duke of Cambridge's Own (Middlesex)  Regiment, Service No.267221;

14th April 1917, Parish Church, Brierfield, Lancashire, Harry Teasdale, married Mary Ann Roe, spinster, 145, Southfield Street, Nelson, Lancashire.

15th April 1917, Canterbury, overstaying from midnight until 9.30pm 16th April 1917, 7 days confined to Barracks, forfeits 1 days pay; 8th September 1917, Bridge Camp, Canterbury, overstaying pass from midnight until 3.30pm 10th September 1917, 7 days confined to Barracks, deprived of 5 days pay, forfeits 2 days pay; 13th September 1917, Folkestone, embarked; 13th September 1917, Boulogne, disembarked; 14th September 1917, Etaples, 41 Infantry Base Depot; 17th September 1917, transferred to Royal West Kent Regiment; 17th September 1917, posted 3rd / 4th Battalion,  Royal West Kent Regiment; 21st September 1917, joined Battalion, In the Field.

26th August 1918, pension of 13/9 a week awarded to widow.

18th June 1920, Statement of Relatives - Widow, Mary Ann Teasdale, 145, Southfield Street, Nelson, Lancashire; Children, none; Father, none; Mother, none; Brothers - none; Sisters - none; Grandparents, none; Nephews / Nieces, none; Uncles / Aunts, none.

Commemorated at Tyne Cot Memorial, Panel 106 to 108, Belgium.
