Born Northfleet, Kent, son of Charles and Sarah Ann Everett, of Northfleet, Kent.

Enlisted Gravesend, Kent, age 23 years & 313 days, height 5ft 4¾ inches, weight 132lbs, fresh complexion, hazel eyes, brown hair, small scar right eyebrow. Formerly general labourer.
