Born Willesden, NW, enlisted 2nd March 1912, Hounslow, Middlesex, age 18, height 5ft 4 inches, weight 120lbs. Formerly general & slaters labourer.

Son of Henry & Louisa Brooker, 6 Northcote Terrace, Church End, Willesden, NW. Four brothers, two sisters.

Missing 23rd August 1914, on 24th May 1916, death presumed by the War Office as on or after 23rd August 1914.

Commemorated at Hautrage Military Cemetery, I.E.11., Saint-Ghislain, Hainaut, Belgium.
