Pension from 16th August 1917, 27/6 a week for 4 weeks then 13/9 for 48 weeks to be reviewed; 19th June 1918, Medical Report, prevents 20%, pension 5/6 a week. 29th November 1919, Medical Report, prevents less than 20%. Pension, 8/- a week from 3rd December 1919, pending medical report, expires 3rd February 1920. Pension, 5/6 a week from 4th February 1920, less than 20%, expires 1st February 1921. Medical Report 5th January 1921, prevents NIL, no grounds for further award.
