Enlisted 17th May 1915, Fleet Street E.C., resided South Kensington, Middlesex/ 1 Musard Road, Fulham.
16th January 1916, Church of St Andrews, Fulham, married Lilian Maud Boys, spinster age 19, 59 Musard Road, Fulham, father Percy Edward Boys deceased, decorator.
Buried at Fulham Old Cemetery, 7,F.46., London.
