28th November 1914, Chatham, absent from 9.30pm 28th November 1914 to 10am, 30th November 1914, 6 days confined to Barracks, forfeits 3 days pay; 25th December 1914, Chatham, absent from 9.30pm 25th to 7.30am 29th, 6 days pay, forfeits 5 days pay; 4th April 1915, Chatham, overstaying his pass from 12 midnight to 10.30pm 6th April, 6 days confined to Barracks, forfeits 2 days pay; 2nd August 1915, Chatham, overstaying his pass from 12midnight to 10.15pm 4th August 1915, 7 days confined to Barracks, forfeits 2 days pay.

Commemorated at Thiepval Memorial, Pier & Face 11C, France.
