1st December 1895, Langham, Westminster, baptism of Josiah Richard Sleed, son of Richard Arthur, (spring maker), and Rose Caroline Sleed, 8 Fitzroy Mews.

Enlisted Camberwell, Middlesex. Resided Broad Street, W.
23rd June 1915, posted BEF.
Buried at Doullens Communal Cemetery Extension No.1., VI. G. 9., France.
