16th October 1915, Penenden Heath, Maidstone, absent from Tattoo until 6.00am 18th October 1915, (1 day 8½ hours), was not warned for Duty & did not miss any, 2 hours pack drill, forfeits 3 days pay; 6th January 1916 to 22nd February 1916, Cambridge Hospital, Aldershot, septic wound left leg (tibia), kicked by a horse on shin; 16th April 1916, Aldershot, overstaying his pass from midnight till 11.10pm 23rd April 1916, (6 days, 23 hours 10 minutes), employed on Transport, forfeits 7 days pay, deprived of 10 days pay, 8 days confined to Barracks; 3rd May 1916, Southampton, embarked; 4th May 1916, Havre, disembarked; 16th January 1917, 41 D.R.S. PUO; 24th January 1917, returned to Unit.
6th January 1918m date when Separation Allowance of 26/6 a week & Allotment of Pay of 3/6 a week will cease.

Buried at Bus House Cemetery, Special Memorial C. 19., Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
