*John Duncan McIntyre, died 8th August 1917, in the Thames at Isleworth, age 7 years, son of William Wilson McIntyre, a Soldier, 19 Geraldine Road, Chiswick. Drowning caused accidentally by falling into the river. Certificate received from Reginald Kemp JP Coroner for West? Middlesex, Inquest held on 10th August 1917.
