BROADSTAIRS & ST PETERS URBAN DISTRICT COUNCIL A line drawn from the south eastern boundary of the borough of Margate to the railway line of the Southern Railway, and another from that point along the north east boundary of the borough of Ramsgate would indicate roughly the district governed by this Council.
