Son of Alfred and Clara Baker, of 5, Leonard Avenue, Otford, Kent; husband of L. B. Baker, of 15, Bellvue Cottages, North St., Halstead, Essex.

Commemorated at   Adelaide Cemetery, Villers-Bretonneux,  II.C.9., Somme, France.
