Pedley is retained on the Active List under the provisions of Article 120, Royal Warrant for Pay and Promotion, 1914. Dated 14th March, 1916. London Gazette 14th April 1916. The KING has been graciously pleased to give orders for the following appointments to the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, for services rendered in connection with military operations in the Field. The appointments to date from 1st January, 1916: — To be Additional Members of the Military Division of the Third Class, or Companions, of the said Most Honourable Order:— Lieutenant-Colonel Stanhope Humphrey Pedley, Royal West Kent Regiment.
