Born Southwark, SE, son of Clement and Alice Elizabeth Wells, of 23, Lion Street, New Kent Road, London.
Enlisted Southwark, SE.
Buried at Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery, XII. A. 14A., Poperinge, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
AWARDS: MM
