Children - Alfred Reeves, born  6th June 1902, Walmer, Kent; Cecil Victor Reeves, born 25th February 1901, Walmer, Deal.

3rd June 1915, enlisted & posted Depot, Royal West Kent Regiment; 3rd June 1915, posted 10th Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment; 30th November 1915, appointed unpaid Lance Corporal; 14th March 1916, appointed paid Lance Corporal; 8th February 1917, wounded; 8th February 1917, posted Depot, Royal West Kent Regiment; 16th May 1917, Beaufort War Hospital, Bristol, Gloucestershire.

6th June 1917, discharged  as "no longer physically fit for War Service" due to sickness Silver War Badge issued.

Pension, 22/- a week for 26 weeks, conditional.
