Son of Thomas Randall, Seabourne Villa, Maidstone Road, Paddock Wood, Kent.

Husband of Margaret Randall, (nee Barnett), married 15th April 1916, Paddock Wood, Kent.

Home, 7th September 1914 to 25th July 1915; BEF, 26th July 1915 to 6th March 1916; Home, 7th March 1916 to 4th August 1916.

7th September 1914, enlisted & posted Depot, Royal West Kent Regiment; 9th September 1914, posted 7th Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment; 20th May 1915, appointed unpaid Lance Corporal; 4th October 1915, reverts to Private at own request; 31st October 1915, awarded 21 days Field Punishment No.1.; 7th March 1916, posted Depot, Royal West Kent Regiment; 20th July 1916, Military Hospital, Maidstone, Kent, before Invaliding Board.

4th August 1916, discharged  as "no longer physically fit for War Service" due to sickness Silver War Badge issued.

Pension, 5/- a week for 9 months, conditional.
