Home, 30th April 1915 to 28th September 1915; Salonika Expeditionary Force, 29th September 1915 to 19th March 1916; Home, 20th March 1916 to 29th August 1916.

30th April 1915, enlisted & posted Depot, Royal West Kent Regiment; 5th May 1915, posted 3rd Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment; 7th May 1915, appointed unpaid Lance Corporal; 21st June 1915, deprived of Lance Stripe; 29th September 1915, posted Indian Expeditionary Force, 2nd Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment; 15th October 1915, attached 7th Battalion, Royal Dublin Fusiliers; 20th March 1916, posted Depot, Royal West Kent Regiment;

29th August 1916, discharged  as "no longer physically fit for War Service" due to sickness Silver War Badge issued.

Pension, 12/6 a week for 6 months conditional.
