The case will be gone into on Thursday morning next 25th inst at 11.00am at Lowestoft and it will be necessary for the prosecution to adduce evidence of this soldier's unbroken service abroad between 19th December 1916 and the 6th October 1918, as appears by the certified copy of Army Form B.103 now before me. If possible the original form should be produced by a witness who can vouch for the signature of the officer who has signed it. Failing that, it will be necessary to prove the signature of Captain L H Cox who appears to have signed the certified copy. Will you therefore kindly arrange for the attendance at this office tomorrow (Tuesday) morning at 11 o'clock of a witness who is conversant with these matters in order that I may take note of his evidence.
