Son of Henry & Clara Regan, 119 Cornwall Street, St Georges in the East.
Previously served 5th Rifle Brigade (Militia).
Husband of Ethel Regan, (nee Mason, spinster), married 31st October 1907, St Pauls, Maidstone, Kent. Brother Henry Regan. Sister Clara Regan.

13th December 1897, enlisted & posted Depot, Royal West Kent Regiment; 8th April 1898, posted 2nd Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment; 1st September 1898, W Smith; 29th February 1904, posted Depot, Royal West Kent Regiment; 11th March 1904, extended his Service to complete 8 years with the Colours; 4th January 1905, permitted to extend his to to complete 12 years with the Colours; 9th August 1908, posted 3rd Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment; 20th January 1909, re-engaged at Maidstone, Kent, to complete 21 years with the Colours; 1at July 1911, posted 1st Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment.
18th February 1919, discharged as "no longer physically fit for War Service" due to sickness Silver War Badge issued.
